Milky Way and the Galaxy Girl
For those who don’t know what I’m referring to… it's a series of dolls made by animator Lauren Faust (known for her work in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, The Powerpuff Girls, the Iron Giant, and Cats Don't Dance. Hello, Hello! Project. Congratulations on never ceasing to surprise me or give me a “what the @#$%“ look (and giving me a reason to make a post almost half a day than posting a long-arsed essay about Linkin Park, even if I planned to make a post about Manoeri). Usually, I’m nonchalant about this but this is a major “hold the phone!” moment for me. Upon reading their new Wiki.theppn page, I was shocked! Of course, we all knew Kusumi was going to be in there but I was surprised to see Kikkawa Yuu (I’m not as familiar with her as you guys are so…) and another egg. Like most KiraRevo-related media, I’ll check it out as the time comes. (For some reason, I imagine their music to be like the cute technopop a la Perfume. I dunno why!).
Oh, and to Kd and all who thought it was a Kira*Revo unit: pat yourselves on the back for being right and proving hopeful me wrong. To Just Another H!P Blog: you were right in that Kusumi is in there. To the rest of of ya: welcome to the world of the Hello! Project, where something can spring up and make us go "Oh Hell!" (pardon mon langage, sil vous plait).

Every Manoeri wota has got to be jumping for joy at the news - Mano Erina is about to have a solo career. What does this this mean? Hmm…
Another soloist? Hmmm… I’m not sure but at least it’s finally something not anime-related (as much as I like the Kira*Revo Project, Buono!, and Risa & Friends, it’s nice to see a regular artist in this mix!). For the sake of curiosity, I’ll keep a watch on Erina-san.
(When I first heard the news, I thought I was dreaming because it was unbelievable to me. It’s rather soon imo, plus… most “Wonderful Hearts” artists are in groups. Then again, it’s nice to see a young (she’s less than a year younger than me) soloist who isn’t involved with anime again -Sorry Kussun-).

Speaking of Linkin Park, you might want to check out Chinamist's fine remixes on YouTube (formerly of the extinct but excellent Stage6 site), in which he interfaces Linkin Park songs (3 to be exact) with Berryz Kobo PV footage. Crazy? Yes, but it really works!
