I can see where the Mini Moni comparisons come in but I still see Athena & Robbykerots (I’ll keep spelling it like that - it makes more sense to me) in their original light; their own “flavor” (no pun intended) is still in there. Even took a look at the anime opening version of the song.
See how adorable it is? I can’t wait until that blessed Valentine’s Eve when we have this little musical bento lunch called “Seishun! LOVE Lunch.” (Sorry, I’m a sucker for cute songs and it’s what got me into the Hello! Project in the first place, aside from the abundance/variety of members).
I know, I know... at the time of night I'm making this post, it's far too late for lunch but I've been wanting to make this post since yesterday night! (Hopefully, it's a better post than I made for its predecessor. Plus, I now know it's Valentine's Day, not Valentine's Eve, that the single comes out). So, hajimemasho!

It's a rather delectable video full of the wonderful sweetness that is Athena & Robikerottsu (seeing as I'm more used to this spelling than my own). As soon as I saw the CM, I was hooked on the song. February 14, come please! (Hey... wasn't that the date "Egao YES Nude" was released last year?).
While the utter kawaiiness (and comparisons to Mini Moni) flutter around the PV, Risa and her band never cease to please. It must be fun playing with clay food (sorta reminds you of Play-Doh) and making lunch in the kitchen. (Okay, why are images of Mini Moni's movie coming to mind? C'mon, Magi-Kat! Athena and her pals are their own people, not a thinly-vieled revival of your favorite subgroup!).
With the release date nearing, the full PV finally comes out!

Sometimes I hate how I fail at being really "critical" of things, PVs being one of them. In order to be a good H!P fan, I need to nitpick every nook and cranny about 'em. It's even more sad since I'm an artist so I'm expected to have this thing called an "eye." Sadly, my eye and my nature isn't all that for finding something to gripe about. It's cute, period!
No worries, I can always get better, especially now that I have this blog and you guys.
So now, les entrées aside, it's time for le plat principal. Itadakima~su! (Or should I say "bon appétit!")

French... is easy then becomes hard... Je ne sais français, je sais un peu. I don't think I even wrote that right.. and I'm taking a French class at the moment too.. T_T
Plus, the group has the lovely Gaki-san, Aika, Saki and of course CHISATO. <3
It's funny that I'm not more in love with this supergroup that has Gakisan, Chisatochan and AIKA WHO CUT HER HAIR AND IS EVEN MORE CUTE THAN BEFORE IF THAT'S POSSIBLE! Sorry, I just had to get that out. :)
But maybe I love them already so much that I couldn't love them more... Though I prefer Shouri no BIG WAVE!!! over this song which I seem to be the only one to do, everyone's so exited about this song... But I like this PV a lot, of course. The bento's are so cute! I wanna eat one. Oh, now I have to get some Japanese food (immediately, please).
Anyway, all these members are my favouriites excluding Nakki who is great also though. And this over-genki style fits Gakisan perfectly. :) Not to mention Chistao and Aika. And Nakki is definetely uber-cute.
